The Hofmann Category/Trading Manager role has full accountability of his/her business, and is responsible for achieving customer, revenue and margin goals. Specific activities include:
i) driving category inputs such as product range, pricing, promotion, trading calendar and merchandising, product discoverability and delivery.
ii) managing and reporting on business performance metrics including revenue, costs, margin, and customer acquisition and engagement.
iii) developing and leading growth and cost out initiatives for the category.
iv) keep customer experience at heart ensuring all touch points through it make sense and are optimised.
The Trading Manager will report to the Hofmann Commercial Director. S/he will collaborate with other commercial and functional teams such as Marketing, Product and Manufacturing to drive the category's business and initiatives.
You will be a critical member of the Hofmann commercial team. The commercial team focuses obsessively on serving our customers and delivering results for the business. We do this by managing our product categories end to end and executing our customer experience to ensure that customers have access to the right products at the right price and at the right time. We work closely with teams across the business, including marketing, product, manufacturing and finance, to ensure that category initiatives and programmes are developed and executed in an integrated way and keeping customer experience at the centre of it.

Relevant background in category or product management, and/or consulting.
3+ years of professional relevant experience.
Strong analytical skills and extremely data driven
Previous B2C Experience
Good problem-solving skills, you are an excellent communicator, and you have the ability to collaborate with and influence others.
You can strike a balance between thinking big picture and diving deep into the details: you are a thinker and a doer.
You take direction from your customers and deliver results for the business and our customers
You'll be able to demonstrate a style and approach to your work and relations with fellow colleagues that aligns with the Photobox Group values.
Online/eCommerce experience is a must
Spanish language and cultural awareness is essential.
Contrato Tipo de contrato: A tiempo parcial Jornada laboral: Completa Horario: 9am - 5.30pm
Salario: 39.000 €- 50.000 € Bruto/año
