This program consists in a 6 months training period to develop specific skills for this function, 3 months in Spain and 3 months in the UK. After this training, we will offer you a permanent role in the UK.
The company will offer you a relocation package to cover your move and living expenses during the training in Spain, according to our International Mobility policies.
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The main purpose of the role will be to build a successful team and maximize the efficiency and performance of a motivated group to achieve the sales target.
The Sales Team Leader will be responsible to define the daily sales routine and to manage an efficient communication and report of sales data to teams and the Sales Branch Manager.
Team Management: recruitment, training and motivation. Provide regular feedback to the newcomers. Control team activities.
Responsible for the budget, incomes and cost control of the team
Responsible for the proper follow up of installations (personal and team installations) and customers
Responsible for the implementation of policies and guidelines established by the company

Requisitos Estudios mínimos: Educación Secundaria Obligatoria Experiencia mínima: Al menos 3 años Imprescindible residente en: CEE Requisitos mínimos: Experience in the B2C sales process / direct sales. Able to identify and enforce sales objectives.
At least 3-year managing commercial groups, especially in direct sales. Previous experience in sectors such as energy, publishing, insurance or customer Service is also valuable.
Proficient in the use of digital applications. Technical skills to install security systems are a plus.
