We are currently looking to grow our Salesforce capabilities in the UK and so we are looking for Salesforce Marketing specialists in order to provide the best service to our customers.
What is key for this position is:
Responsible for analysing and documenting business requirements, business workflows, and technical specification. Working with business partners/stakeholders to determine details and priority of requirements.
Responsible for creating, managing, and delivering of required documents for application.
Work with end users and management to document, design, test and deploy complex processes.
Monitor new Salesforce released features and functionality to provide recommendations for process.
Conduct business analysis by working with end users to identify system and operational requirements.
Disseminating Sales force best practice.
Writing advanced dashboards and reports to meet user requirements
Candidate profile:
At least 5 years' experience on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and previous experience in Salesforce Sales or Services Cloud.
Configure account setup and administration
Define and execute email data interactions
Make data-driven decisions to optimize customer solutions
Troubleshoot and solve platform issues
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Advanced skills in IT systems.
Excellent problem solving skills.
Extensive Business Analysis and/or Project Management experience.
Experience of gathering user requirements and documenting these.
Experience of producing accurate and effective systems documentation.
Experience providing training to users.
