THE PROJECT
Continuing with its growth plan and the company´s commercial strategy, the main objective is to increase their capillarity in the market and the business volume. Our client needs to incorporate in the commercial structure, two Senior Key Account Managers with proved seniority in the HR/ technology/services sector in London, reporting to the Sales Manager.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, and belonging to the KAM team, he/she will be the responsible in London area for the commercialization of the services portfolio and cutting-edge HR solutions for key accounts. Your main business partners will be: HR Directors, General Directors, Financial Directors, Purchases, etc. The candidate will be primarily responsible for the attraction of new accounts through advisory sales, complying with established business quotas and indicators established by the company. The selected candidate will interact with the different internal departments of the company: marketing, legal, administration, etc ... You will be responsible for the comercial strategy implementation defined by the company.

ACADEMIC & PREFESSIONAL BACKGROUND:
· Bachelor´s Degree in Business Administration or similar. Very valuable MBA training or similar Master´s Degree.
· Business development or comercial experience of at least 10 years in direct sales related with high added value services to companies (B2B).
· Essential experience performing a hunter role, through consultative sales with C-Level managers and decision makers.
· Essential experience in the management of medium / long sales cycles (360 full sale cycle).
· Very valuable experience in technology companies and / or companies linked to the sale of services in the field of HR, in competitive environments that demand a high level of commitment, performance and reporting.
· office tools and CRM advanced level.

Estudios mínimos: Licenciatura
Experiencia mínima: Más de 5 años
Imprescindible residente en: Provincia Puesto Vacante
